Where is my package?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1 to 2 days. The total delivery time is typically 5 to 8 working days, provided you place your order before 5:00 PM GMT. If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, please contact our customer service for assistance.
Where can I find my tracking number?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it in your inbox, please check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there.
How can I track my order?
You can track your order using the tracking number you received by email. Simply enter your code on our tracking page to check the status of your delivery.
